When enabled, submissions and reports go to our Hong Kong server for private intake and authorized handling. A receipt is not publication or a finding about a complaint.
We retain this form, the proposed public credit and licence, policy and consent records, progress, necessary follow-ups, and a hash of the receipt secret. Contact details are a separate choice.
Open records: up to 90 days. Closed records: up to 30 days. Check the receipt expiry date. Private inbox database backups are not enabled.
Do not paste passwords, API keys, identity documents, private chats or unauthorized material. No attachments; use necessary facts and public evidence links.
