- 可以用昵称署名，不要求已有仓库。
- 说明适用场景，给出可替换的位置。
- 确认原创、无他人隐私与侵权内容。

“简化审核”是少填不必要的信息，仍需原创与内容审核。提示词本身也不等于能运行的完整程序。

- 核对原作者、来源与完整许可证。
- 保留适用的 NOTICE 与修改说明。
- 先做有限静态扫描，再做人工审核。
- 说清运行环境、成本与已知限制。
原创代码可以没有公开仓库；第三方或改编项目需提供原仓库地址，不能把别人的作品改标成自己原创。
02 / 署名与许可
许可写完整，原作者留得住
原创提示词按 CC BY 4.0 分享；代码与项目采用下列四类许可。它们允许在遵守条件时商用、修改和分发，无需另行联系作者；完整条款以对应版本的上游原文为准。
自己写的代码
可使用昵称署名，明确说明原创范围。表单可按你选择的许可生成文本，但要由你阅读并确认；不会替第三方代码自动换许可。
第三方或改编作品
提供原作者、原仓库 URL、完整 LICENSE 和适用的 NOTICE；建议补充可核对的版本或核验日期，改编作品说明修改了哪里。只有一个“MIT”标签不够。
不能用主仓库许可代替的内容
模型权重、声音、头像、图片、数据集、插件和依赖可能采用不同条款。代码许可不能代替这些内容的授权，更不表示云服务免费。

来源与许可不明
盗版、未经授权转载、冒名原创、无许可代码，或带有非商业、禁止改编等限制。提示词和文案也不收 CC BY-NC、CC BY-NC-SA 等禁止商用许可，不能换个本站标签再上传。
恶意或侵犯隐私
木马、后门、恶意挖矿、窃取凭据、破坏设备的脚本，以及密钥、口令、私人聊天、证件或其他不应公开的信息。
授权未确认的模型与素材
未获合法分享权限的模型、声音、角色图、数据和其他素材。不能用主仓库的开源许可推定所有文件都可上传或商用。
04 / 审核流程
每一步，都有明确的去向
这是设计中的真实处理流程；当前只读演示尚未开放实际收件。
输入校验
核对必填信息、长度、原创声明与发布同意。代码另查来源、许可全文和必要的修改说明。
有限静态扫描
只检查提交文本中的部分风险线索，不执行代码、不安装依赖，也不运行用户提供的链接或文件。
风险拦截
识别到密钥、隐私或高风险行为时，不直接上架；需要删除敏感内容、退回补充或拒绝收录。
人工核对
再核对作者与来源、许可范围、内容用途和可见的安全问题；扫描显示 clear 也不跳过这一步。
给出结果
通过后才公开；信息不足可退回补充，不符合规则则拒绝。审核不代表内容已获安全认证或法律认可。
投诉与复核
发布后仍可报告问题。收到有效线索后核实、必要时暂停展示，并按实际材料处理下架、更正与申诉。
扫描通过，不等于安全认证。静态扫描只覆盖部分可见线索，人工审核也不能保证发现所有漏洞或权利问题。本站不能用审核声明免除依法应承担的责任；使用者仍需评估自己的运行环境与成本。
05 / AFTER SUBMISSION
Know what comes after a decision
The following describes the contribution workflow. The public site remains a read-only demo and does not receive contributions, reports or private documents. Editing and withdrawal within an account have been verified only in the development preview.
What if changes are requested?
Read the review notes in My contributions, then choose Edit again. Recheck sources, licenses and each consent after editing. Resubmission keeps the original contribution ID, increments its revision and goes through scanning and human review again. Resubmission does not guarantee inclusion.
Can I withdraw an unpublished contribution?
You can confirm withdrawal of your own unpublished drafts that are pending, returned or blocked. Withdrawal stops the publication review, but the private contribution and necessary handling records are retained; it is not permanent deletion. You can edit and resubmit later.
How do I correct or remove a published work?
Do not use the unpublished-draft withdrawal button for works that are published, accepted or temporarily suspended. Use the resource's Report / Request removal route and provide its ID, the problem location and the action requested. A reviewer must check the request; editing a pending draft cannot overwrite a public work.
No receipt after submitting—should I send it again?
Copy and keep your current input first, then refresh My contributions to check the ID and status. A network timeout does not mean the server failed to save it; do not send repeated copies before checking. If the revision has changed, reload the current record before editing instead of repeatedly submitting an old revision.
Keep your own copies of your work and permission records. For now, you can View the contribution form or prepare a draft on the feedback page; copying or downloading a draft does not send it to us.
Public business contact
The operator confirms email receipt and reply tests passed. This link only opens your mail app; it sends nothing automatically.
Start with the resource link or ID, the problem location and essential facts. Do not send identity documents, passwords, keys or private chats.
