本条采用官方 Windows 桌面安装路线，不提供 CLI 启动命令；固定提交限定本次资料与许可快照，Releases 安装包未逐件验证。

【小目标】打开自己的测试项目，让 AI 修改首页标题，再在差异视图中核对这一次改动。
【开始前准备】Windows桌面路线需要Windows x64；README另列macOS 14+、Linux glibc 2.38+及GTK/WebKit等要求。
