常见卡点

--no-llm 关闭模型语义分析，但不等于完全离线；SC4 仍可能向 OSV.dev 查询依赖名称和版本。
工具不隔离宿主机，不能覆盖图像内文本、加密或编译内容等全部风险；无发现不等于安全。

【开始前准备】Python >=3.12且<3.15；版本上限来自固定pyproject.toml。
