【可以做什么】通过 ONNX Runtime 等组件运行语音任务，可按需要选择语音转文字、文字转语音或语音活动检测。不同任务需要匹配的模型与配置，并非安装一次就全部接通。
【开始前准备】先选任务、编程接口和运行平台，再阅读对应安装分支；源码编译与预编译包不是同一套步骤。Windows 要区分 x64、x86、ARM64，以及 CPU、GPU 与运行库版本。
【第一次尝试】用自己录制且允许处理的短音频测试识别，或用原创短句测试合法的合成模型。先保存本机结果，检查采样率、语言、停顿、耗时与失真，再接聊天应用。
【检查结果】语音识别成功不代表合成声线合适，更不等于已经具备微信原生语音条发送能力。离线运行需要模型和所需文件已准备好；下载、额外服务与模型授权另行核对。
